Essential, measurement and advertising cookies, and how you manage your choice.

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. Similar technologies (for example local storage) may also record a preference. This page explains which cookies sit on bebekkibris.com, why, and how you manage them. Detailed data processing is in the privacy policy and personal data notice.

Cookies fall into three groups: those required for the site to work, measurement cookies that open with your consent, and advertising cookies that open with your consent. If you do not consent, you can still read the site and use contact forms; only statistics and personalised ads stay off.

Cookie types

  • Essential: session (bk_session), security (CSRF), cookie-preference record. These are required to use the site and are not turned off from the bar. The session cookie is sent HttpOnly and Secure; it falls when the browser closes or the period ends.
  • Measurement: Google Analytics 4. After “Accept”, analytics_storage opens; with “Reject” it stays off. In this group Google may process page views and approximate device information.
  • Advertising: Google AdSense. After “Accept”, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization open. If you reject, personalisation stays off.

The visit summary in the admin panel is not a cookie. The server records page path and referrer host without writing a cookie; details are in the privacy policy.

Consent bar

On the first visit or after you reset your choice, a cookie bar appears at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in your browser; another device or browser will ask again.

  • Accept: you consent to measurement and advertising cookies.
  • Reject: you do not consent to measurement and advertising cookies; essential cookies keep working.

Google Consent Mode defaults to denied. Measurement or personalised ads do not open before you see the bar.

Third parties

After consent, Google may write cookies via its own domains. Duration and content of those cookies follow Google’s policy. As publisher we do not sell a raw advertising identifier as an independent profile. You can also narrow ad preference in Google Ads Settings.

You may also delete this site’s data in browser settings. Blocking cookies entirely can break security checks on some forms; admin login does not work without the essential session cookie.
