About us

Bebek Kıbrıs is an independent publication sharing information on pregnancy, baby care, child development and family life in Cyprus. We are not a commercial clinic, hospital, IVF centre or medical practice.

We do not diagnose, recommend treatment or sell health services. Our aim is to explain everyday questions of island life in calm, clear, sourced language. Health-related articles are general information; parents should ask their own doctor, midwife or authorised health service about personal medical decisions.

Who publishes the site?

Articles are prepared by real editors. We do not use fake expertise, fake certificates or false institutional claims. Our titles are not medical titles.

How are articles prepared?

We start from a family’s real day: routes, climate, registration, language, nursery visits, hot weather or weekend pace — topics seen locally. Text is not multiplied by pasting a city name into a template.

For claims such as museum hours, tickets, hospital contacts or municipal events we look, where possible, at current public-institution pages. Cited institutions do not replace the original notice; checking the relevant announcement before you travel is the reader’s task.

Health and care articles do not make a diagnosis. A medical information note is added where needed. A “last updated” note is used because fees, opening hours or practice can change.

Cover images belong to the topic of the article. Internal links send readers to related Cyprus guides; we do not produce clickbait or duplicate list pages.

The week 1–42 pregnancy guides are separate pages. Each week is written around that stage’s topics, FAQ and source notes; a week number is not stamped onto a single mould.

Advertising and measurement

Google Analytics measurement and Google AdSense ads may be used to sustain the site. Auto ads code may appear in the page source. Measurement and personalised-ad cookies open only with your consent on the cookie bar; Consent Mode defaults to denied. Sponsored content, if added, is labelled clearly.

What we do not publish

We do not publish pages multiplied by changing a city name, copied text or automated spam. We do not use advertising or measurement code for personalisation without cookie consent.
